Dry Brush
What:
An exfoliating removes dead, flaky skin, unclogs pores, increases blood circulation and promotes lymphatic drainage.
Where:
The Dry Brush can be used from the shoulders to your toes.
How:
Use 1 week after hair removal in the tub before showering while the skin is still dry. Use gentle, circular motions on intimate areas, chest, back, and stomach. Use long strokes, upward toward your heart when brushing your legs and arms.
Dry Brush 2-3 days per week until your skin adjusts. Then you can use it daily with added pressure. Focus on Dry Brushing two weeks after hair removal and the day before hair removal.
DO NOT USE ON IRRITATED SKIN OR YOUR FACE.
