We adhere to proper protocols in the event of exposure to blood, taking necessary precautions to maintain a safe and hygienic space. We also prioritize wellness by refraining from working when feeling unwell, and we kindly request that clients reschedule appointments if they are feeling ill. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and treat your personal information with the utmost confidentiality. Any data collected is used solely for appointment scheduling, payment processing, and communication purposes. Video recordings of services are conducted with your explicit consent. Your information is securely stored and never shared with third parties without your consent. We may update our policy periodically, and your continued use of our services implies acceptance of these terms.

Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in person after the completion of your appointment. We accept payments via Cash, Debit/ Credit cards, Apple Pay or Zelle.

Late Policy
For your convenience, we offer a 10-minute grace period. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. Your time is valuable to us. If we’re running behind schedule for your appointment, we’ll express our gratitude for your patience with a special discount on your service.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Feel free to cancel appointments directly through our booking site, provided it’s at least eight hours before your scheduled time. For cancellations within eight hours, please call or text us at 914-893-8119 to avoid being labeled as a no-show.

No-Show Policy
If there is no contact made via phone, text, or email before the appointment, and the client is a no-show, the credit card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Rescheduling Policy
Please note that appointment rescheduling should be done through the reminder confirmation link sent via email upon booking. If you don't see a later date available, all slots may be booked. Please check the booking site periodically for last-minute openings. For urgent rescheduling needs, including emergencies such as sudden illness or menstrual issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may text us to inquire about availability.

Invalid Credit Card on File Policy
If your credit card on file is declined for any charges, an invoice will be sent via email. Failure to settle outstanding balances will result in the inability to schedule future appointments with us.

Product Policy
All product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns on products.
